The apple juice beverage production line meets the technical requirements for hot filling at temperatures below 95°C. The filling valves and material inlet/outlet pipelines are designed without sanitary dead corners. Additionally, a CIP automatic cleaning interface and a hot water rinsing device are installed before bottle sealing to ensure the bottle mouth remains mold-free. The machine uses a magnetic torque capping mechanism to achieve cap grasping and tightening functions. The capping torque is steplessly adjustable and features constant torque capping.

Bottling Section:
The rotary bottle washer is primarily used for cleaning new bottles for beverages, water, and other products. The bottles are then conveyed to the filling machine for product filling. PET bottles enter the equipment via the bottle dividing star wheel, where the bottle mouths are clamped by a flipping mechanism and turned upside down. After being rinsed with sterile water, the PET bottles are drained and automatically flipped back to an upright position. They are then conveyed to the filling machine via the outlet star wheel.
The main structure of the equipment, including parts in contact with the rinsing medium and the external protective cover, is made of high-quality stainless steel. It features open gear transmission. The new stainless steel clamps have a simple structure and are easy to adjust. The contact area with the bottle mouth is small, effectively avoiding secondary contamination of the bottle mouth.
Filling Section:
The filling section is responsible for filling the material into the washed bottles delivered by the bottle washer. The filling valve uses a pressure filling method with negative pressure reflux, ensuring fast, flexible, and highly accurate liquid level filling. The valve contains no spring, preventing contact between the material and the spring, which facilitates valve cleaning. To ensure the filling process and temperature, the material inside the filling valve remains in a micro-reflux state when there are no bottles or during shutdown.
The filling cylinder adopts a full-cylinder design to ensure stable pressure inside the cylinder. The PET bottle water filling machine is equipped with a comprehensive CIP cleaning interface. It uses a dual-guide rod bottle lifting structure to ensure stable and centered bottle lifting.
