The 3-in-1 filling machine integrates washing, filling, and capping into one multifunctional unit. It is an ideal small-to-medium-sized beverage production line equipment with excellent domestic performance. The beverage production line integrates rinsing, filling, and capping functions, making it ideal for producing mineral water, distilled water, and purified water. The entire machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.
So, how do we solve faults when this series of beverage production lines malfunctions?
- Inaccurate Filling Volume: During filling of large products, the filling tank capacity is insufficient, causing unstable liquid level. (Note: Repeated descriptive text about the machine’s features is omitted here for conciseness.)
- Solution: Increase the filling volume or readjust the ball valve above the filling head, reset the filling time, extend the filling duration, or reduce the filling speed.
II. Time Setting Doesn’t Change After Adjusting Digital Dial/Unit:
* Solution: Turn off the power and restart the machine.
III. Stable Liquid Level but Inaccurate Filling Volume:
* Cause: Obstruction by debris in the filling channel of the beverage production line, mainly at the feed hopper inlet or the filling nozzle.
* Solution: Inspect and clean the affected area.
IV. Dripping After Closing:
1. Cause: Nozzle damage.
* Solution: Remove the nozzle. Ensure the nozzle diameter does not exceed 7.5mm. Repair the hole diameter and gently smooth the hole surface on water sandpaper.
2. Cause: Damage to the ball valve inside the filling head.
* Solution: Replace the ball valve.
V. No Filling After Activating Filling Switch; Time Relay Digital Indicator Doesn’t Blink:
* Cause: Damaged filling switch on the beverage production line or loose time relay socket.
* Solution: Replace with the same type of filling switch or resecure the time relay socket.
VI. Time Relay Digital Indicator Blinks After Activating Filling Switch, But No Filling Occurs:
* Cause: First check if the air pressure is missing or too low. Alternatively, the solenoid valve coil on the beverage production line might be damaged, or the pneumatic valve core might be stuck by foreign objects.
* Diagnosis/Solution: Unplug the power cord, open the circuit board, and rotate or press the button beside the solenoid valve coil. If the valve changes direction, it indicates a damaged coil. If it doesn’t change direction, the solenoid valve core is stuck.
* Solution: Replace the solenoid valve coil or disassemble the valve for repair.
