Bottle entry uses an air conveyor system, adopting a suspended neck-clamping method, ensuring fast bottle entry without deforming the bottles. Equipped with new stainless steel clamps, the structure is simple and easy to adjust. The contact area with the bottle mouth is minimal, effectively avoiding secondary contamination of the bottle mouth.

The cap tightening section screws the caps sorted by the cap aligner onto the bottles filled with products and sends them to the next process via the conveyor chain. It is constructed using 304/316 stainless steel.
